Die Rechtsberaterkammer Opole (Polen) veranstaltet gemeinsam mit u.a. der Rechtsanwaltskammer Sachsen und der Europäischen Vereinigung der Rechtsanwälte AEA-EAL vom 05. bis 07. September 2024 das 14. Deutsch-Polnische Juristenforum (früher Deutsch-Polnisches Anwaltsforum) in Opole (Polen) zu den Themen:
- Pflichten der Rechtsanwälte im Bereich der Geldwäschebekämpfung
- Kommunikation im Anwaltsberuf
- Internationales Familienrecht
Auf dem Programm stehen dabei spannende Vorträge und Diskussionen von und mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Polen, Deutschland und der Türkei. Alle Vorträge und Diskussionen werden simultan auf Deutsch, Englisch oder Polnisch übersetzt. Für die Rechtsanwaltskammer Sachsen werden Frau Rechtsanwältin Sabine Fuhrmann, Präsidentin der Rechtsanwaltskammer Sachsen und Herr Rechtsanwalt Dr. Christian Klostermann, Mitglied des Vorstandes der Rechtsanwaltskammer Sachsen, einen Vortrag halten bzw. diskutieren.

Das Forum findet in den Räumlichkeiten des Marschallamtes der Region Opole, Urząd Marszałkowski Województwa Opolskiego, ulica Piastowska 14, 45-082 Opole, statt.
Die Teilnehmer sind eingeladen, im Hotel DeSilva Premium Opole, ul. Powolnego 10, 45-078 Opole zu übernachten. Bitte wenden Sie sich zur Reservierung direkt (vorzugsweise per E-Mail) an die Hotelrezeption und geben das Kennwort „FORUM 05-07.09.2024“ an. Bei Angabe des Kennworts beträgt der Preis für ein Einzelzimmer mit Frühstück 340 PLN (ca. 79 EUR) brutto/Nacht, ein Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück 400 PLN (ca. 93 EUR) brutto/Nacht. Das Hotel verfügt über eine kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage mit einer begrenzten Anzahl an Stellplätzen.

The Opole Bar Association (Poland), together with, among others, the Saxony Bar Association and the European Association of Lawyers AEA-EAL, is organising the 14th Polish-German Legal Forum (formerly the Polish-German Lawyers‘ Forum) in Opole (Poland) from 5th to 7th September 2024 on the following topics:
- Obligations of lawyers in the field of anti-money laundering
- Communication in the legal profession
- International family law
The programme includes exciting presentations and discussions by and with colleagues from Poland, Germany and Turkey. All presentations and discussions will be simultaneously translated into German, English or Polish. Ms Sabine Fuhrmann, President of the Saxony Bar Association, and Dr Christian Klostermann, Member of the Board of the Saxony Bar Association, will give a presentation and discuss on behalf of the Saxony Bar Association.
We would like to invite all interested colleagues to take part in the forum. Participation in the forum is free of charge. Please register informally as soon as possible by e-mail to szkolenia@oirp.opole.pl.
The forum will take place on the premises of the Marshal’s Office of the Opole Region, Urząd Marszałkowski Województwa Opolskiego, ulica Piastowska 14, 45-082 Opole.
Participants are invited to stay at the Hotel DeSilva Premium Opole, ul. Powolnego 10, 45-078 Opole. To make a reservation, please contact the hotel reception directly (preferably by e-mail) and indicate the password „FORUM 05-07.09.2024“. The price for a single room with breakfast is PLN 340 (approx. EUR 79) gross/night and for a double room with breakfast PLN 400 (approx. EUR 93) gross/night. The hotel has a paid underground car park with a limited number of parking spaces.
